The Recruiting Process
Recruiting, broken down in to its simplest form, is the process of locating an open position then sourcing the best candidate to fill the position. There are three main job functions within the recruiting process.
Account Executive: Leads the recruitment process by partnering with clients to identify the staffing goals and needs, sourcing candidates and finalizing the placement.
Project Coordinator: Supports the account executive to source, recruit and qualify candidates for client openings.
Internet Researcher: Supports recruiting team to source candidates through complex Internet searches of resumes, databases and professional organizations.
In addition to these positions we also offer part-time Internships which can be used for college credit that encompass the Project Coordinator and Internet Researcher roles. This can be used to determine if an individual would enjoy a career in recruiting once they graduate.
